CS Ice Blast

Mark and Lisa, the dynamic duo behind CS Ice Blast, are a fresh new venture in the West Midlands, offering mobile and onsite ice-blasting services to car owners nationwide. They came to me wanting a website that clearly showcased their services—something simple, clean, and easy to navigate.

I started by working with Mark and Lisa to develop their brand aesthetics and logo, ensuring everything was cohesive across both their digital and print materials. Fun fact: customers can feel a sense of distrust when they land on a website that doesn’t match the branding they’ve already seen in other materials. Consistency is key!

With the branding in place, we moved on to the website. The CS Ice Blast team was clear about wanting a simple, straightforward design that let customers quickly see what they offered with minimal clicks. After designing the homepage, I added an About Page to give potential customers a little insight into the company’s story. Next, I created a Services Page to lay out all the services and pricing, catering to both car owners and businesses or homes in need of their expertise.

The final touch was the Contact Page. It's vital to make sure contact details are easy to find and that forms are simple to fill out—this ensures those valuable leads keep rolling in.

While CS Ice Blast supplied some great imagery, I also helped source matching stock images. For new businesses without a full photo portfolio, stock images can be a lifesaver. As part of my service, I also ensured the site was fully mobile-friendly, because let’s face it, who isn't browsing on their phone these days?

Once everything was signed off, we were ready to go live. The handover was smooth, and Mark and Lisa now have full control over their site. Best of luck, you two!
